Participant Guidelines

  • Complete all pre-work before each session.
  • Attend all sessions.
  • Commit to collaborating, learning, and to having a growth mindset.
  • Have honest and confidential dialogue during the sessions.
  • Work collaboratively and respectfully with the Blue Cross of Idaho Foundation for Health team and all members of my community.
  • Communicate any concerns or questions to the BCIFH team in a timely manner.
